We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Vascular Sonographer to join our team at Memorial Health University Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing and interpreting vascular ultrasound exams, working closely with our vascular surgeons to diagnose and treat vascular disorders.
Responsibilities- Perform and interpret vascular ultrasound exams, including arterial and venous structures
- Assist vascular surgeons in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular disorders
- Image and report processing via PACS and electronic reporting applications
- Support laboratory operations, including accreditation, quality assurance, education, and lab development projects
- Embodies the Memorial Health Values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, and Stewardship
- Active Registry by the ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) or Credentials by CCI (Cardiac Credentialing International) required
- ARDMS specialty certification in Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), ARDMS RDMS in the Abdominal (RDMS AB), or CCI Registered Vascular (RVS) preferred
- 1 to 2 years minimum experience in diagnostic ultrasound after completing an accredited ultrasound program preferred
- Graduate of an Accredited School for Radiologic Technologist, required
