Products Liability Defense Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Products Liability Attorney to join our team at CyberCoders. As a leading law firm, we are committed to providing exceptional legal services to our clients, and we are looking for a talented attorney to help us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to identify key issues and develop effective strategies.
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Represent clients in court, before administrative bodies, and in negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide expert advice to clients on their legal rights, obligations, and remedies.
- Analyze complex legal risks and develop creative solutions to mitigate them.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California state bar.
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation and the law.
- Excellent research, drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience in providing legal advice and representation in products liability cases is preferred.
