The Impact You'll Make

As a RF Engineer at Lam, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and troubleshooting advanced radio frequency (RF) solutions for power delivery and plasma generation in our Etch and Deposition products. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating innovative generator designs that pave the way for new power sources to be used in our wafer fabrication equipment.

What You'll Do

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced RF solutions for power delivery and plasma generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF solutions into our Etch and Deposition products
  • Troubleshoot and optimize RF systems to ensure high-performance and reliability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest RF technologies and advancements
