Job Title: Auric Room Host

At Lone Mountain Ranch, we are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Auric Room Host to join our team. As an Auric Room Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing seating, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use Open Table to manage seating and ensure a timely and fair experience for our guests.
  • Greet and welcome guests, making them feel valued and cared for.
  • Answer phone calls and take reservations in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform side work and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide expert knowledge of menus and beverages to guests.
  • Bus and set tables as needed, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist with orders to go and drink preparation, including bar and barista service.
  • Communicate effectively with support crew and management to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum six months of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and flexible, with the ability to take initiative.
  • Flexible schedule, able to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
