Job Description

Sunday through Thursday Night Shift.

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the safe, accurate and timely selection and loading of all outbound product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring security of the entire facility during the night while striving to make the night warehouse operate in a profitable and safe manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operation plans for daily loads, communicating with supervisors and lead personnel to ensure trucks are completed within timelines.
  • Create load plans for individual trucks to ensure weight restrictions are met and special customer requests are accommodated.
  • Monitor operational data, including inventory losses, production goals, and safety reports, identifying problems and determining causes.
  • Recommend changes to the Director/VP of Operations to produce zero-error benchmark on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the physical condition of the warehouse and its equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years experience in warehouse supervision required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Able to interpret financial and operational data; Basic computer skills; Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HAACP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills; broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
