Job Title: Homecare LPN

Job Summary:
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a LPN Homecare Provider, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:
• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
