Role Overview:

We are in search of a board-certified or eligible Comprehensive Otolaryngologist to join our full-time practice. Candidates with fellowship training are highly encouraged to apply. This role supports a general otolaryngology and head and neck surgery practice, with the flexibility to accommodate subspecialization based on fellowship training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for a diverse patient population.
  • Collaborate with a team of 20 physicians, including both generalists and specialists.
  • Engage in resident education as part of our affiliation with Oregon Health Sciences University.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our Head and Neck Surgeons enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Projected Annual Total Rewards Value: $363,000 - $467,000*
  • Base Salary: $325,350 - $391,950
  • Generous employer contributions to retirement plans, including a 21% contribution regardless of employee input.
  • Comprehensive health benefits with over 90% employer coverage.
  • Paid annual education leave along with a $2,000 education allowance.

Additional Incentives:

  • Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
