Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Sales Strategy Development: Developing customized sales plans to meet clients' needs and accelerate business growth. This involves identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing targeted sales strategies.
Account Growth & Expansion: Building strong relationships with C-level executives and other stakeholders to drive new sales opportunities. You will need to understand the client's business goals and objectives and develop sales strategies that align with their needs.
Client Satisfaction: Delivering a world-class experience that meets or exceeds client expectations. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Product Capabilities Consultation: Positioning T-Mobile product capabilities to help clients achieve their business goals. This involves demonstrating the value proposition of our products and services and highlighting how they can benefit the client's business.
Negotiation & Closing: Managing complex contract negotiations and closing large, high-value deals. You will need to have excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex contract terms and conditions.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintaining accurate records of interactions and providing timely sales forecasts. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required), Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Required).
Work Experience: 4-7 years of experience selling into Enterprise clients (3K+ employees) (Required). 7-10 years of business sales experience with an established track record of successful acquisition sales, opportunity creation, and closure within an Enterprise customer base; 5 years of that experience must be in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales (Required).
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Enterprise Sales: Deep understanding of technology and business strategies to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively at an Enterprise level. Strategic Account Planning: Demonstration of their contribution in account planning and execution of those plans' efforts. Account Management: Effective management of account relationships, financial outcomes, and multiple sales programs. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues. Prospecting: Ability to assess potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for our products or services. Business Development: Demonstration of the ability to identify and create new business opportunities. Negotiation: Confidently handles sales negotiations with prospects and existing clients. Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels. Building Relationships: Strong networking skills and track record of success in leveraging connections.
