Key Responsibilities

  • Organizing and directing the deployment of drivers, work teams, vehicles, or equipment to designated locations based on established schedules, client demands, or urgent requirements.
  • Communicating essential information such as work orders or other directives to and from work teams, field inspectors, supervisors, or emergency responders.
  • Utilizing telecommunication devices, two-way radios, or text messaging to connect with personnel or emergency services.
  • Strategizing the most efficient driving routes while considering weather and traffic conditions to prepare alternative paths for drivers.
  • Generating daily operational documents such as schedules and work orders for the team, or receiving directives from work crews.
  • Maintaining and organizing records of work requests, client inquiries, completed tasks, billing for services rendered, expenses incurred, inventory logs, and other pertinent information.
  • Overseeing drivers' daily logs for discrepancies or infractions, while monitoring their working hours and equipment availability, ensuring accurate data entry for all incoming and outgoing information.
