Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at Mission Box Solutions. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under the supervision of qualified Physicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct procedures following department protocols and adhere to established radiation safety guidelines.
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals of all ages, ensuring exceptional service by treating each patient with respect and courtesy.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive work environment and ensure the safety of patients, fellow employees, and yourself.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience working in a Radiology department in a hospital environment.
  • Adhere to hospital and departmental attendance and punctuality guidelines.
  • Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the organization's core values, mission, and vision.
  • Complete all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated and maintain current knowledge in your area of responsibility through ongoing self-education and participation in educational programs.
  • Attend staff meetings, mandatory in-services, and meet competency evaluations promptly.
  • Demonstrate competency in providing care to patients of all ages, considering their individual needs based on age, sex, and weight.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Vocational / Technical Degree in Radiologic Technology.
  • Certified Radiography (R)(ARRT).
Working Conditions

Work in a well-lighted, air-conditioned environment with moderate noise levels. May be exposed to limited hazardous substances, body fluids, or infectious organisms.

Physical Requirements
  • Near normal vision, including clarity (both near and far) and color distinction.
  • Good manual dexterity and eye-hand-foot coordination.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks/motion.
Salary and Benefits

Competitive benefit package, bonuses, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus. Salary: $20.07-$31.04 /hour. Friday - Sunday 7p - 7a.
