Job Title: Associate Attorney Civil

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team at Community Law Group, PLLC / Abogados de la Comunidad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients in the areas of Family and Criminal defense law.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their legal needs and provide guidance on their options.
  • Efficiently manage cases and clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with clients, team members, and other departments.
  • Produce high-quality legal work products, including timely filing of motions and other legal documents.
  • Oversee the production of reports, including daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports for supervisors and management.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members, leveraging attorney time, knowledge, and production.
  • Meet individual goals and contribute to meeting firm goals, working independently and collaboratively with the team.
Requirements:
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of pertinent law and local procedure.
  • Strong litigation experience and capabilities, including experience with mediation, negotiations, legal research, and writing.
  • Ability to develop and mentor others on trial advocacy.
  • Strategic, forward-focused mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, build consensus, and influence outcomes.
  • Agility to navigate at a fast pace with a positive attitude and aptitude.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Salary: $90-100K per year (based on experience) + Bonus.

Job Type: Full-time.

Schedule: 8 hour shift.

License/Certification: License to Practice Law in TN (Required).

Ability to Commute: Hixson TN Preferred.

Ability to Relocate: Hixson TN 37343: Relocate before starting work (Required).
