Job Description

We are seeking a Property Management Assistant to oversee and coordinate all real estate activities and transactions. As a key member of our team, you will help plan and facilitate the acquisition, leasing, and sale of properties across the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, property owners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Analyze market trends and industry developments to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve tenant complaints and address maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property value and increase return on investment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and open communication among team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts, leases, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
