We are seeking a skilled CK Associate to join our team at MARUKAI CORPORATION. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of hot meals, including sushi, deli, bakery, and Japanese dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Restock inventory, manage supplies, and perform other tasks as needed.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, or a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to interpret and follow recipes, menus, and instructions.

Salary Range:$40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
