The Fortus Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team in Berlin, MD. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in code blue and rapid response team activations as needed.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland.
- 2+ years of experience in critical care nursing.
- ACLS and PALS certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
