Requirements

  • 2 to 4-year college curriculum or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging sales environment.
  • Encompass experience or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of various residential mortgage loan products.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude, and competitive spirit.
  • Travel up to 50%.
  • MLO approved license in NMLS.

Compensation and Benefits

  • State Minimum Hourly - $7.25 (recoverable).
  • Commissions on personal production.
