Compensation
Earn an average of $92,000 annually, with a competitive hourly rate of $29.21, plus overtime pay after 40 hours. Payments are processed weekly.
Work Schedule
Our drivers enjoy weekly home time with weekends off. Typically, shifts commence on Sunday afternoons, involving multi-stop deliveries that may include 2-3 loads per week.
Equipment Utilization
Operators will deliver palletized batteries and handle return cores. Compliance with hazardous material regulations is required within 60 days of employment, and Ruan provides assistance in obtaining necessary certifications. Drivers will operate 2022 or newer assigned sleeper trucks.
