Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders
  • Counsel patients regarding health care and prescription medication needs
  • Maintain confidential information and required documentation
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
  • Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
  • Build commitment for perspectives and rationales
  • Develop and implement business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Identify business needs and determine and carry out necessary processes and practices
  • Monitor progress and results and recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities
  • Adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$172,000.00, and additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
