  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to review and adjust resident care plans as needed.
  • Develop and implement nutrition education programs for residents and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to nutrition and dietary care.
  • Partner with the speech pathology team to ensure residents with dysphagia receive appropriate mechanically altered diets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited college or university.
  • Completion of an accredited Dietetic Internship program.
  • One year of experience working with seniors in a long-term care setting.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to nutrition and dietary care.
