We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Hallmark US Springboard.

About the Job:

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for merchandising, creating, and building displays within your territory to provide a positive shopper experience. This includes working independently to showcase your organization and time management skills.

You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. Your responsibilities will include restocking, organizing, and monitoring the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections.

Day-to-Day Engagement:

You will be responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores. This includes restocking, organizing, and monitoring the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.

You will utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to report time, provide feedback, and answer surveys for required merchandising activities. Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers is vital for success in this role.

Holiday Support:

You will be required to work additional days and extended hours during holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

On occasions like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, you may be required to work on the actual holiday itself, which may include weekends.

Department Resets:

You may be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections.

Typically, you will be notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments. This could include evenings or weekends.

One Team Vision:

As a field organization, you will be asked and required to support additional work and installation efforts.

Salary and Shift Details:
  • Your estimated salary will be between $16.25 - $16.75 per hour, depending on your shift and location.
  • This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the week.
  • You can expect to work between 10 - 12 hours per week.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You should be able to read, write, and understand English.
  • You need to have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • You should be able to operate hand-held technology provided to open and read documents and interpret information.
  • You must have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
  • You should have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
