Litigation Attorney

Qualifications:

  • Must be admitted to the California Bar
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience
  • Strong self-motivation and initiative
  • Exceptional research and writing capabilities
  • Proficient in law and motion practice
  • Experience in depositions
  • Proven trial experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of litigation from inception to resolution
  • Formulate and implement effective case strategies
  • Ensure timely management of case deadlines
  • Represent clients during court proceedings and depositions
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary
  • Accurately track billable hours in an ethical manner

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 annually
