We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Palm Health Resources. As a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.
About the Role:
- Provide comprehensive patient care to hospitalized patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed to manage patient conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to ensure evidence-based practice.

Requirements:
