Location: Our center is strategically located within 2 hours of Tulsa and 1.5 hours from Little Rock, making it an ideal spot for those looking to balance work and personal life. We are also just 4 hours away from Dallas, providing easy access to major cities while maintaining a sense of community.
About the Role
- As a Medical Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our Level III Trauma Center, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient management of resources.
- You will work closely with our team of dedicated physicians and staff to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our Trauma Center and contribute to its continued growth and success.
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer a highly competitive salary of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
- Additionally, you will receive a generous relocation assistance package to help you settle into your new home.

Qualifications
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency medicine or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
