Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide updates on their vehicle's status.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer concerns, complete repair order compliance documents, and perform walk-around videos for vehicle condition.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers, technicians, extended warranties, and insurance companies regarding additional services or repairs recommended or needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete customer delivery process, answer phone calls for service questions, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least two years of dealer experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong teamwork skills, ability to read and comprehend written instructions, and a clean and valid driver's license.
  • Training: Must comply and maintain BRAND training standards.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $85,000 to $120,000 per year.
  • Commission pay.
  • 8-hour shift.
  • In-person work location.
