Key Responsibilities- Support veterinarians in ensuring quality veterinary care and advocating for pets
- Assist with surgeries and procedures in accordance with state Veterinary Practice Act
- Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options
- Maintain relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems
- Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts
- Use safe restraining techniques and follow standard protocols to ensure a clean and sterile environment
- Guide, mentor, and support fellow team members
- High school diploma or GED
- Active LVT license in WA state
- 2 years of continuous veterinary technician/assistant experience
- Desire to practice empathetic, gold standard medicine benefiting our patients
- Team-oriented with an ability to collaborate and support each other
- Paw-sitive, kind, and provide trustworthy communication to patients, team members, and clients
- Desire to constantly grow and advance as a veterinary technician
