As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Prime Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care services. You will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing direct and indirect care to patients, and meeting their psychosocial, physical, and general needs.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care services, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
- IV certification upon hire.
