Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team at The Cheesecake Factory. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory pastries, cakes, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, and desserts from scratch.
• Portion and package products for display and sale.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
