Soliant Health Seeks Experienced Speech-Language Pathologist

We are currently seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school district near Sugar Land, TX. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys working with a mix of elementary and middle school students.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, focusing on both elementary and middle school students.
  • Conduct ARD assessments and handle referrals as needed.
  • Prepare for and participate in ARD/IEP meetings, ensuring proper case management and documentation.
  • Perform independent evaluations to assess students' speech and language needs.
  • Engage in professional development activities to enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee program management and collaborate with educators and parents to support student success.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Experience working with elementary and middle school students is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a comprehensive caseload.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with ARD/IEP processes and requirements.
