Compensation & Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package that includes a base hourly rate of $15.00, plus an exceptional tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors consistently earn an average of almost $4/hour in additional tips, contributing to a total hourly wage of over $19.00. This is a unique opportunity to grow your income while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers and colleagues.



Job Description

As a Restaurant Shift Supervisor at MOD Pizza, you will play a vital role in leading our Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests with a personal touch. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment, exemplifying our core values and behaviors, and demonstrating a service mindset through effective leadership. Your passion for great food, good mentorship, and teamwork will inspire our team members to strive for excellence in every aspect of our operations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership
  • Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect
  • Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift
  • Demonstrate, train, and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources
  • Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant


Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience. You should also have a proven track record of successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front-line employees. Additionally, you will need to be able to think strategically and act tactically, while remaining calm and focused in busy restaurant operations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be at least 18 years old.
