Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN Position Available

At SaVida Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PRN (per diem) nurse. This is a unique opportunity to work in a private mental health and pain management medical practice in Franklin, TN.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to assist our physician with patient intake, patient and treatment preparation, patient care and monitoring during procedures, intravenous infusions, and ensuring patient well-being. The ideal candidate will be comfortable administering IVs, anticipates and fulfills doctor and patient needs, coordinates activities in the room, maintains medical records, and communicates effectively with staff and others.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage infusion therapy for patients seeking relief from depression and chronic pain
  • Administer IVs and ensure patient comfort and safety
  • Coordinate patient care and activities in the room, maintaining accurate and complete medical records
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and physicians to ensure seamless care delivery
Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in Tennessee
  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience with direct patient contact
  • Prior work in an ER or ICU is a plus
  • Compassion, organization, good communication skills, and ability to work well with others required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous EMR experience
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
