Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment in a safe operating condition, repairing breakdowns, and performing equipment preventive maintenance on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equipment in a safe operating condition.
  • Repair breakdowns and complete operating adjustments as observed or requested.
  • Perform equipment preventive maintenance on a regular basis.
  • Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by utilizing the CMMS system to receive work orders, issue parts to those work orders, and sign off work orders when complete.
  • Understand and adhere to GMP, SOP, and safety procedures always, including LOTO.
  • Support structured improvement projects or other projects assigned by leadership.
  • Use precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Remove defective parts by dismantling devices/equipment/machinery using hand and power tools.
  • Take ownership of work performance and craftsmanship.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site: This is a fully on-site position in NEW ALBANY, Ohio.

Work Environment: We are a very clean manufacturing facility because we deal with cosmetics. We bottle a lot of Victoria Secret/Bath and Body perfumes, lotions, etc.
