**Responsibilities:**
* Plan, direct, and evaluate patient medical needs
* Treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions
* Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing

* Maintain up-to-date patient medical records
**Qualifications:**
* Active state Nurse Practitioners license and DEA licensure
