Job Title: CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at American Medical Staffing. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Job Summary:

This is a travel job opportunity for a CT Technologist to work in Englewood, New Jersey. The position is for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, and 8-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CT scanners and be able to provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during the scan and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a CT Technologist
  • Experience working with CT scanners and in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
