We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at AnthroMed Education. As an organization, we prioritize the needs of our therapists, providing the necessary support and resources to make a difference in students' lives.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to early childhood students in a preschool and kindergarten setting. This role involves working with a diverse group of students with speech and language needs, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations to assess speech needs and areas of growth for early childhood students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs and goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff to meet students' speech and/or language needs.
  • Observe students and collect data to measure progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing progress updates and providing strategies for continued support at home.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
  • ISBE and IDFPR license eligible in the state of Illinois.
  • Professional Educators License (PEL) eligible.
