Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to provide skilled nursing care for infusion patients in their home
  • Teach patients and their caregivers to achieve independence in self-care and monitoring of infusion therapy
  • Assess patients' condition and response to therapy, taking action as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and pharmacists on patient care and treatment plans
  • Build trust and effective relationships with patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Active and unrestricted RN licensure in state(s) of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or CPR certification
  • 1+ years of experience working as an RN in a clinical care setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Access to reliable transportation

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
