- Supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement processes to improve pharmacy operations and customer service
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business objectives and improve financial performance
- Lead training and coaching of pharmacy technicians and cashiers
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico)
- 1 year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Previous people management/leadership experience
- Previous work experience with Walgreens with an Exceeding Expectation on last performance evaluation
