Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the clinical management of wound care patients, ensuring adherence to established nursing standards.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
3. Maintain and manage clinical programs under limited supervision, aligning with the organization's vision and mission.
Qualifications:
- Current LVN licensure or licensure from a state within the Nursing Compact.
- Completion of an AHA-approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification course is required upon hire.
- Previous experience in nursing and management within an outpatient setting is preferred.
