As a Loss Control Inspector - Independent Contractor with InsurSolv, LLC, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients determine the eligibility of risks for insurance coverage. Your comprehensive reports will summarize the observable hazards associated with a property, providing valuable insights for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Document your findings in detailed reports, including photographs and recommendations for mitigation.
- Work independently to set your own schedule and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements
- Be an energetic and motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise reports.
- Be self-disciplined and organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of inspections and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and other technical requirements listed below.
Technical Requirements
- A Microsoft Windows-based PC with Windows 10.
- Google Chrome or Edge and Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.
- Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Broadband internet connection.
- Digital camera or smartphone capable of interfacing with your PC.
- Color inkjet or laser printer.
- Reliable, insured transportation and valid driver's license.
- A measuring wheel, monopod, and a clipboard.
