Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and procure assigned items, executing buying strategies to achieve optimal cost-quality relationships.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform procurement decisions, utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel.
  • Initiate and create purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet manufacturing requirements and customer orders.
  • Assist in cycle counting programs, identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  • Research and resolve material availability issues, recommending process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CSR, manufacturing, and shipping personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement data, including costs, delivery, and product performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating claims and resolving complaints.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, with experience in global sourcing and manufacturing industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Competencies:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work independently and in a team environment.
