About the JobWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to work effectively with patients to improve their functional abilities.
Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Document patient progress and outcomes
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California
- At least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
