The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and distribution center. This position is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, as well as working closely with the Bakery Team to achieve production goals and maintain food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain warehousing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Manage inventory levels, track product movement, and maintain accurate records in SAP.
  • Coordinate with the production department to stage ingredients and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Inspect the warehouse daily to identify and report any product damage, equipment malfunctions, or department deficiencies.
  • Participate in inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years of warehousing experience preferred.
  • Previous forklift experience and effective communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
