Job Summary

Center For Discovery is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will provide and oversee treatment services, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical Documentation: Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation, meeting clinical quality standards outlined in policies.
  • Case Management: Maintain a caseload, manage patient records, and develop individual treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Group Facilitation: Facilitate process and psychoeducation groups, promoting patient engagement and progress.
  • Family and Social Support: Involve family and social support in patient care, documenting interactions and progress.
  • Treatment Team Collaboration: Attend weekly treatment team meetings, serving as a liaison with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Professional Development: Participate in company trainings, webinars, individual and group supervision, and related meetings.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: One year of experience working in behavioral healthcare.
  • Licensure: Currently hold a clinical license in the state of employment.
