About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Pulmonology and Critical Care Physician to join our team at a regional hospital in Sioux City, IA. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new fellow seeking mentorship or an experienced physician looking to work with two collegial colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pulmonary and critical care medicine, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the medical team, and contributing to the development of the department.

The hospital offers a 50-50 mix of outpatient pulmonology and inpatient critical care, with the option to work 75% inpatient critical care. The ICU is open, and the pulm/NPs and hospitalist cover most calls. Inpatient procedures include EBUS and ECMO. The outpatient clinic is located across the street from the hospital and is connected via a tunnel for the cold winters.
