Job Description:

The Early Childhood Educator at Kids 'R' Kids Mableton nurtures the growth and development of infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months.

Implement a comprehensive approach to care, incorporating interactive play, learning activities, and personalized attention to support infants' physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development.

• Supervision and Care:
  • Ensure high-quality care, prioritizing safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
  • Assess and respond to infants' needs, including feeding, diapering, cleaning, and general hygiene.
  • Develop and implement daily schedules promoting healthy routines and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Developmental Support:
  • Design and execute learning activities tailored to infants' individual needs and developmental stages.
  • Stimulate curiosity and exploration through engaging activities and responsive interactions.
  • Monitor and record infants' progress, making adjustments to optimize their learning experience.
• Health and Safety:
  • Establish and maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that meets licensing standards.
  • Practice rigorous sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and emergency protocols safeguarding infants and staff.
• Communication:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with parents through regular updates on infant development, feeding, and overall well-being.
  • Document and track infant care, including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and developmental milestones.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Emotional and Social Development:
  • Build trust with each infant through consistent, responsive interactions.
  • Create an inclusive atmosphere that encourages social interaction and exploration.
