Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Masonic Villages. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all meals served to our residents meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Our ideal candidate will have two years of related experience in food preparation and presentation, with a strong focus on sanitation practices and food services regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of all food items, monitoring temperatures, and documenting production records. You must also ensure that all work areas are clean and safe for food preparation and service.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Two years of experience in food preparation and presentation, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting
• A strong knowledge of sanitation practices and food services regulations
• Good written and oral communication skills, as well as basic computer skills
• An Associate's degree or certificate in culinary arts from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
