Job Title: Facilities Weekend Steward

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Weekend Steward to join our team at King Arthur Baking Company. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our customer destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain the general appearance of all public spaces, ensuring a high-quality standard is met.
  • Inspect washrooms for cleanliness, restock paper goods, and empty receptacles as needed.
  • Perform light maintenance duties, including bulb replacement, furniture placement, spill clean-up, air filter changes, floor drain cleaning, and other tasks as required.
  • Notify the facilities team of any major repairs needed.
  • Assist with set up and clean-up of special events.
  • Perform seasonal snow removal and sanding on walkways and building entry points.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take direction, and follow through on assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Effectively organize work and establish priorities.
  • Consistently demonstrate team culture, leadership, and commitment to King Arthur Baking Company's mission and goals.
  • Support King Arthur's philosophy of exemplary service to both customers and co-workers.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or related work experience.
  • Willingness to receive training on maintenance request systems.
  • First aid training/CPR a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
