We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Glendive Medical Center in Glendive, Montana. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct resident care and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients.
Responsibilities- Administer direct resident care, including Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care
- Perform vital signs and weight checks, specimen collection, and post-mortem care
- Complete daily documentation in residents' health records
- Work effectively as a team member in the delivery of care and assist in the orientation of new employees
- Communicate resident care data, observations, and information to other healthcare team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High school graduate preferred
- Current Montana CNA License
- Previous CNA experience with acceptable references preferred
