Exciting Opportunity at DISH Network for a Plumbing Technician to assist engineers with the maintenance of plumbing systems in our Hughes Network Systems division. This role will be based in our Germantown, MD office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support installation, repair, and service of plumbing systems.
  • Utilize piping and tubing practices, including cutting, bending, fitting, threading, and joining.
  • Manage temperature control systems.
  • Perform general facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Travel within the Germantown/Gaithersburg area to support our facilities in Montgomery County.
  • Work core hours M-F, 8 am - 5 pm, with occasional on-call rotations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Journeyman Plumbing License
  • 3-5 years of experience with knowledge of troubleshooting, service, and repair techniques for commercial plumbing fixtures
  • Current valid driver's license.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Lift up to 60 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CFC Certification
  • Service truck experience highly preferred
