The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. This includes greeting guests upon arrival, checking them in, handling inquiries and requests, and resolving any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and check them in efficiently
  • Provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other requests as needed

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
