Role Summary / Key Responsibilities:
As a Sign Production and Installation Leader, you will be essential in managing and participating in the sign creation process. Your primary duties will encompass:
  • Creating an enjoyable work atmosphere and promoting a positive team culture.
  • Overseeing, guiding, and engaging in the sign production workflow.
  • Leading and supporting installation projects.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and delivering outstanding service.
  • Working closely with clients to meet their requirements and exceed their expectations.
  • Organizing customer and internal documentation, artwork, and files.
  • Ensuring a tidy and efficient production workspace.
  • Tracking and managing inventory of materials, supplies, and hardware.
  • Assisting in the upkeep of company sign-making equipment.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and paper records related to projects.
  • Continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge of new technologies and techniques in the sign-making field.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop and refine internal processes and standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in large format digital printing, vinyl production, and installation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Enroute, and Onyx Rip software.
  • Understanding of color management principles.
  • Strong operational skills with Latex or similar roll-to-roll printers, plotters, and CNC routers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Certifications:
  • Certification as a professional installer (3M, Avery, etc.).
