Responsibilities

  • Perform point-of-care testing and provide skilled nursing care within established plans of care
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Document visit notes, treatments, and care in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to patient and family needs, addressing concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Requirements
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing or equivalent education
  • Current RN licensure in state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
